From our vineyards comes our uniqueness, our wines. We cultivate four grape varieties in our two estates: Bobal, the Verdil grape, characteristic of this valley and the Riesling and Viognier grapes, where we are pioneers in this area.
Located within the Natural Park of Hoces del Cabriel, declared a biosphere reserve. A medium-sized finca with 77 hectares at 500m above sea level, of which 22 are devoted to the cultivation of the Bobal grape variety.
Following the philosophy and tradition of our Valencian family wineries, Finca Cor Ví maintains the traditional and organic way of making its wines. On this occasion, organic red wine of the Bobal variety.
The vineyard was not very well cared for or maintained upon our arrival, it became quite a challenge. The vines were unfed and untended.
The brutal hailstorm at Finca as soon as we entered the site made things even more complicated. We put all our effort and dedication to get the best out of the soil and the vine.
Without skimping too much on costs, we do everything necessary in the winery and in the field to get the most out of Bobal, a variety that is increasingly appreciated and sought after.
After more than a year without maintenance and rehabilitation work, we have recovered some wonderful vines, resulting in our first wine promotion, Maloco.

The winemaking facilities and winery in Valencia have the Bio seal and certification, so all our wines are organic.
That is why they are elegant, fresh, of great purity and magnificent palate, gastronomic white wines.
But its great treasure is in the vineyard, a plot of 5 hectares in the Ramblar area where all viticulture practices are carried out manually, at the right time, without any pesticide or herbicide treatment, without using fertilizers from extensive animal husbandry, ensuring the balance of the vine and grapes.
