Le vignoble n’\u00e9tait pas tr\u00e8s bien entretenu \u00e0 notre arriv\u00e9e, ce qui a constitu\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi. Les vignes n’\u00e9taient pas nourries ni entretenues. <\/p>

Finca L’orage de gr\u00eale brutal qui s’est abattu sur le vignoble d\u00e8s notre arriv\u00e9e a rendu les choses encore plus compliqu\u00e9es. Nous avons mis tous nos efforts et notre d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 tirer le meilleur du sol et des vignes. <\/p>

Sans l\u00e9siner sur les co\u00fbts, nous mettons tout en \u0153uvre dans la cave et sur le terrain pour tirer le meilleur parti du Bobal, un c\u00e9page de plus en plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 et recherch\u00e9.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s plus d’un an sans travaux d’entretien et de r\u00e9habilitation, nous avons r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 de merveilleuses vignes, ce qui nous a permis d’obtenir notre premi\u00e8re promotion de vin, le Maloco <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Depuis 2004, nous produisons du vin blanc biologique et artisanal. \u00c9ditions limit\u00e9es de 3 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s : Riesling et Viognier<\/strong>, dont nos caves sont pionni\u00e8res dans la r\u00e9gion, et Verdil<\/strong>, le c\u00e9page autochtone de la r\u00e9gion. Vins mono-c\u00e9page \u00e0 l’exception de Cimera,<\/a><\/span> qui est notre vin le plus r\u00e9cent, \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e0 parts \u00e9gales de Riesling et de Viognier. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les installations \u0153nologiques et la cave de Valence poss\u00e8dent le label et la certification Bio, ce qui signifie que tous nos vins sont biologiques. <\/p>

C’est pourquoi ils sont \u00e9l\u00e9gants, frais, purs, d’une grande puret\u00e9 et d’un palais magnifique, des vins blancs gastronomiques.<\/p>

Mais son grand tr\u00e9sor r\u00e9side dans le vignoble, une parcelle de 5 hectares dans la r\u00e9gion de Ramblar o\u00f9 toutes les pratiques viticoles sont effectu\u00e9es manuellement, au bon moment, sans aucun traitement pesticide ou herbicide, sans utiliser d’engrais provenant d’un \u00e9levage extensif, assurant l’\u00e9quilibre des vignes et des raisins<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
